The Heritage Custom 10th Anniversary
About the Heritage
The design brief for the Heritage Custom was to build a guitar with true vintage appeal with a modern day twist to celebrate our 10th anniversary in 2017.
We set about designing a guitar that was inspired by some of the most iconic vintage instruments. The most obvious conclusion when you play a good vintage set neck guitar is the lightweight resonant tone which when plugged in to a valve amp comes alive under your finger tips with warmth and natural sustain where less is definitely more when it comes down to playing.
Armed with our knowledge and experience the Heritage Custom had to be a versatile lightweight and resonant guitar inspired by these iconic instruments in looks, feel, playability and above all tone with plenty of Vintage style Custom options to suit a wide variety of styles.
Starting with a tactile VOS nitro cellulose finish right through to a fully aged vintage flame top there's something for everyone!
To Launch the Heritage Custom program and to celebrate our 10th anniversary we will be opening up our order book in January 2017 on a first come first served basis. Each guitar will include a Vanquish USB stick with a selection of Hi Res pictures and a hand signed certificate of authenticity included in the case.

Step 1 ~ Choose your finish
We wanted to keep our finishes vintage inspired for the Heritage so we chose a selection of colours that suited such inspiration and decided to offer a VOS style finish as standard.
Want your heritage to look a little more worn in though? Thats fine we also offer the Vanquish Aged Relic finish which includes crazed lacquer and playing wear.
If you'd rather a figured maple cap with a hand stained faded burst we can cater for that too.
Please note - Faded burst is only available on models with a maple cap and all colours are subject to slight coloration differences.
Step 2 ~ Choose your pickups
On the heritage model we offer a range of custom wound pickups from award winning pickup manufacturer Matt Gleeson of Monty's guitars in London. We work closely with Matt to insure each and every set are sonically voiced to suit the individual instruments natural resonance and sustain. with a list of artists including Mark Knopfler, Biffy Clyro and The temperance movement among others choosing to use Monty's you can rest assured you're in good hands.

Along side our world class pickups we also offer push/push tone controls for coil taps at no extra cost and the Vanquish treble bleed/tone circuit (+£75) which enables players to precisely dial in their own personal treble bleed preference along with controlling the amount of "woman tone" available on the tone control.
Step 3 ~ Choose your hardware
Here are some of the hardware options for the Heritage all hardware is offered as standard in a light relic finish.
Step 4 ~ Choose your neck profile
We offer a selection of neck profiles on the Heritage model at no additional cost but please remember everyone is hand sanded so no two are exactly the same.
Fat 50's 'D'
We're fans of big necks and our Fat 50's is just that, not for the faint hearted.
Slimmer than our Fat 'D' but still retains the shape - for those that want the shape but a little smaller.
Medium 50's 'Soft V'
A similar depth to our Medium 'D' but with the 'shoulders' of the neck hand finished to a tactile soft V shape.
Slim 60's 'C'
We're not talking super skinny here but this is the slimmest of our neck profiles with a lovely 'C' shaped Profile.
